• A $50 per night deposit will be required within 10 days of your reservation. Your reservation is confirmed when your deposit is received (see Brimfield Antique Shows Policy below).
• Rooms available by reservation only.
• In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be
  returned provided we are notified 14 or more days prior to your arrival.
• A $20 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
• No refunds for no-shows or early departures.
• There is no smoking at the Heritage Hill B & B.
• Payment can be made by cash, personal check, or travelers cheques. We do not accept credit cards.
• Check in time is 3pm. Departure time is 11am.
• We are unable to accommodate children or pets.
• Our rooms are not handicapped accessible.

Brimfield Antique Shows Policy

• Two day minimum stay required. All reservations must be prepaid in full and are non-refundable.
